Important Information to Know before Appointment:
All payments are to be made in cash. (No Cheques or Bank Transfers) Please have this ready on the day of your appointment to avoid any delay for the next client. Please arrive on time to all appointments. Late arrivals are subject to a small late fee.
Changes and cancellations must be made 24 Hours prior to appointment. Any cancellations made after this will be subject to a cancellation Fee.
Which payment methods are Accepted?
At the moment Cash Payments only. We are constantly working to better our services to you and look forward to introducing further payment methods such as card payments or cheques in the near future.
Can I book a treatment for more than one person / Can I bring someone along to my appointment?
Please see services page above, where great package deals are offered for services given to more than one persons. Unfortunately no +1s are allowed due to the current Covid19 situation. Unless a session is booked for more than one person, any additional persons who have not been booked prior to arrival will be asked to leave.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to make any changes to / reschedule your appointment please be considerate to us and to other clients and let us know as soon as this is confirmed in order to avoid disappointment. If you wish to cancel your appointment this must be done a minimum of 24 Hours before the appointment. Any cancellations after this period will be subject to a cancellation fee of £20.00.
